The MPerformance.parts Power Pack for BMW M2 / M3 / M4 with the S58 engine is an extended cooling, intake and exhaust package designed for stock vehicles, tuned cars and higher-power performance builds. The kit combines the key components responsible for maintaining stable operating temperatures, reducing intake air temperature and improving flow in both the intake and exhaust systems.

Assembled to support the S58 engine after modifications, during dynamic driving and under increased thermal load. Built for owners who expect better performance, repeatable results and improved durability of the complete system.

Kit contents

1. Oil Cooler - High-performance engine oil cooler for more effective oil temperature control during dynamic driving and after remapping. Increased core volume and larger oil capacity help maintain stable engine operating conditions. Protective mesh for the core and precisely machined end tanks for accurate fitment.
2. Central Chargecooler Heat Exchanger - Dedicated central heat exchanger with an enlarged core for improved cooling efficiency versus the factory solution. Larger coolant volume slows heat build-up under load. Direct replacement for the OEM component. Core dimensions: 620 x 480 x 40 mm.
3. Side Chargecooler Heat Exchangers - Pair of more efficient side heat exchangers for the extended S58 cooling system. Double-core design with increased volume where factory coolers prove insufficient on tuned vehicles. Fully aluminium construction.
4. Intake Manifold with Intercooler - Integrated intake manifold with water-to-air charge cooler for the S58. Larger heat-exchange surface lowers intake air temperature more effectively and supports stable performance at higher boost. Prepared for additional fuel injection, methanol or nitrous oxide, plus a CNC-machined aluminium spacer that reduces heat transfer from the cylinder head.
5. High-Flow Intake System - High-flow intake kit for the S58 to increase airflow and improve throttle response. Larger intake diameter and properly selected air-guiding components support system efficiency and turbocharger operating conditions. More direct intake character and a more pronounced induction sound.
6. Downpipes - Sport downpipes for BMW S58, high-grade acid-resistant stainless steel, 1.5 mm wall. Free up the exhaust system, improve exhaust gas flow, reduce turbo lag and increase power and torque potential. CNC-manufactured elements with flexible section and internal liner. Outer diameter 76.1 mm, flange thickness 10 mm, two lambda sensor ports on each pipe.
