Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible standard stock items from the date you receive your order.

Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was supplied.
  • The item must not have been installed, modified, painted, coded, programmed, or otherwise altered.
  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

If a returned item is inspected and found to be functioning correctly and as described, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any shipping charges, including subsidised or "free shipping", are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

Custom Orders & Special Orders

Custom orders, special-order items, items sourced specifically for a customer, and non-stock items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind, incorrect ordering, change of circumstances, delayed installation, or compatibility issues where the customer supplied incorrect information.

Once a custom or special-order item has been ordered from our supplier, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Parts sourced specifically on customer request.
  • VIN-specific ordered components.
  • Airbag kits.
  • Seatbelts.
  • Modules requiring coding or programming.
  • Electronic components ordered specifically for a vehicle.
  • Any item not normally held in stock.

If a custom-order item is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable manufacturer warranty. Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct part is ordered.

Where a VIN is requested and is not supplied, or incorrect vehicle information is provided, MPerformance Parts accepts no responsibility for parts that are incompatible due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Installed, Painted or Modified Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts.
  • Painted components.
  • Modified or altered items.
  • Parts with security markings removed.
  • Electrical components that have been connected or programmed.
  • Items damaged during installation.
  • Used parts that have been fitted or tested beyond normal inspection.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before returning it.

Returned items will be inspected and tested. Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or otherwise provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
