Shipping & freight
Shipping method, cost and timing depend on the item and destination and are shown or confirmed during checkout. Bulky or freight items may require a separate quote.
Priced for the twin DME arrangement used by N63 and S63TU vehicles, where two units are unlocked as a pair. Send both units together.
Not accepted on this service: units with a production date of 06/2020 or later.
We are based in Australia. Same day unlock is available on supported units by appointment at our workshop, so there is no need to ship your ECU to Europe. If you are not local, you can mail the unit to us and we will return it by insured freight. We do not ship unlocked units to Europe.
Do not open the ECU or DME before sending it. Opened, water damaged or previously repaired units may not be accepted. ECU or DME removal and refitting are not included in this service. Confirm your ECU part number and production date with us before ordering, because the vehicle model alone does not determine what will unlock.
Use these references as a guide only. Compare the OEM number and ask for VIN help before ordering.
