Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted Australian courier services including:
• Couriers Please
• Australia Post
• Other commercial courier providers where appropriate
The carrier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
• NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD metro areas: 1 to 4 business days
• Regional Australia: 2 to 7 business days
• Remote locations: up to 10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Authority To Leave (ATL)
Unless otherwise requested, shipments may be sent with Authority To Leave (ATL).
By placing an order, the customer authorises the courier to leave the parcel at the delivery address if it is deemed safe to do so.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If an incorrect address is supplied:
• We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries
• Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so that we can investigate with the courier.
We will assist in lodging a courier investigation where required.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is determined based on the courier's tracking records.
If a courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• parcel size and weight
• delivery location
• courier service selected
Shipping fees are non refundable once the parcel has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
